Returns
You have 15 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Reach out to our support team at info@hmbletech.com or call us at (650) 761-7025 to start the return process. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.
- Return Approval: Once your return is reviewed and approved, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Sending Items Back: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, customized products, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
If your item is defective or damaged, you may request an exchange instead of a refund. Please contact us to begin the exchange process.
